1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the BridgeTech CN platform (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “you”, or “your”) and BridgeTech CN Limited (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a company registered in Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email at least 30 days before such changes take effect.

You represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, that you are at least 18 years of age, and that your use of the Service does not violate any applicable law or regulation in your jurisdiction.

2. Description of Service

BridgeTech CN provides a curated database of verified investor contacts operating in China's primary market. Our Service covers 28 industry sectors and includes information on venture capital firms, private equity funds, corporate venture arms, family offices, and government-guided funds actively deploying capital in the Chinese market.

The Service includes investor search and filtering capabilities, verified contact details, investment stage preferences, sector focus areas, fund size ranges, and portfolio company information. All data is sourced through proprietary research methodologies and verified through direct outreach to the listed entities.

We do not provide investment advisory services, legal counsel, or matchmaking guarantees. BridgeTech CN is a data platform that facilitates investor discovery. Any investment decisions made based on information obtained through our Service are solely your responsibility.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Each account is limited to one individual user. Account sharing, credential sharing, or providing access to unauthorized third parties is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination without refund. Enterprise accounts may have additional user seats as specified in the applicable subscription agreement.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, used the Service for fraudulent or illegal purposes, or engaged in conduct that harms other users or the integrity of our platform. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

4. Payment Terms

Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected at the time of purchase. All fees are quoted in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Payment is due at the time of subscription activation. We accept major credit cards, wire transfers, and approved payment methods for enterprise accounts.

Refund Policy: We offer a full refund within 30 days of your initial subscription purchase if you are not satisfied with the Service. To request a refund, contact our support team at support@bridgetechcn.com. Refund requests made after the 30-day window will not be honored. Subscription renewals are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Price changes will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will be notified of any price changes at least 30 days in advance. If you do not agree to the new pricing, you may cancel your subscription before the price change takes effect.

5. Data Usage

The data provided through BridgeTech CN is licensed for your internal business use only. You may use the information to identify and reach out to potential investors for legitimate business purposes, including fundraising, strategic partnerships, and market research.

Prohibited Uses: You may not share, resell, sublicense, redistribute, or otherwise make the data available to any third party. You may not use the data to build competing products or services, scrape or systematically extract data beyond your authorized access level, or use the data for spam, harassment, or any unlawful purpose.

Violation of data usage restrictions may result in immediate account termination and legal action. We actively monitor for unauthorized data distribution and employ technical measures to detect and prevent misuse. If you become aware of any unauthorized use of our data, please report it to support@bridgetechcn.com.

6. Data Masking & Security

BridgeTech CN employs data masking techniques to protect sensitive information. Certain contact details are partially masked until you verify your identity or upgrade to a paid subscription. This masking is a security measure designed to protect both the privacy of listed entities and the value of our proprietary dataset.

We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption for data in transit, AES-256 encryption for data at rest, regular security audits, and access controls. Our infrastructure is hosted on SOC 2 Type II certified cloud providers with data centers in approved jurisdictions.

While we strive to protect your personal information and the integrity of our platform, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security but are committed to promptly addressing any security incidents in accordance with applicable data breach notification laws.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the BridgeTech CN Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, data compilations, database structure, software, and user interface design — are the exclusive property of BridgeTech CN Limited and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Our proprietary data compilation methodology, verification processes, and database schema constitute trade secrets. You acknowledge that you do not acquire any ownership rights by using the Service. The BridgeTech CN name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, design marks, and slogans are trademarks of the Company.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Service, except as reasonably necessary for your authorized use of the platform. Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in termination of your account and legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL BRIDGETECH CN LIMITED, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred US Dollars (USD $100). This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory upon which the claim is based.

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of any information provided through the Service, and you use such information at your own risk.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue in such courts. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

We reserve the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction. You agree that monetary damages alone may not be sufficient to compensate us for any breach of these Terms by you, and you consent to equitable relief in addition to any other remedies available at law.
